
Fitness Athlete
The fitness athlete should be an athletic minded and physically active person.
If you are involved in any sport or recreational activity for 2 to 4 hours per
week you are the perfect candidate for the Tri and Run Fitness programs. Weekly
training consistency is paramount for your success. The workouts are progressive
with a blend of overload and recovery sessions. Establishing fitness and race
goals is built into the program. You’ll be amazed at your overall competency in
either the Tri or Run programs as you progress through the schedule.
