
Developing Athlete
This athlete is the true beginner. No experience is necessary to complete the
triathlon or running programs. However, you will need to allocate 3 to 7 hours
per week of dedicated training in preparation for your event. The progression of
the workouts include; overload and recovery plus an abundance of fun and
challenging sessions. Do not be intimidated if you’re a first timer, the
developing Tri and Run programs are suited for you.
